Shipping policy

SHIPPING + PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During launches, events, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Standard shipping within the United States is a flat $8. Orders of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Orders are shipped via UPS. A physical street address is required for delivery. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

UPS 2nd Day Air® and UPS Next Day Air Saver® may be available at checkout. Expedited shipping rates are calculated by UPS based on the destination and shipment details.

Please note that selecting expedited shipping changes the carrier transit time and does not eliminate our order processing time.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Ravenwood O&C is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to update the address before shipment but cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

DELIVERY

Once an order has been transferred to UPS, delivery times are determined by the carrier and may be affected by weather, service disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your package arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or you experience another delivery issue, please contact us so we can help determine the appropriate next steps.
