Named for one of Detroit’s oldest and most enduring legends, Nain Rouge draws inspiration from the mysterious red figure of local folklore, whose appearance is said to foretell misfortune. A dark, provocative blend of spiced florals, tobacco, and resinous woods, it opens with white grapefruit, black pepper, crushed clove, and fresh timber before descending into leathered rose, black orchid, violet, patchouli root, and tobacco leaf. Grey amber, vanilla, musk, and agarwood oud create a deep, smoky finish that lingers long after the flame is lit.
